Page 14 Necessity Defense. Scott Roeder used a gun to murder George Tiller. Roeder has been repeatedly in trouble with the law for violent acts. Yet he was still able to get a gun and kill a man. After his arrest he was said to have possible schizophrenia. Thats just great, a nut with a gun. Does no one think that there should have been some checks into his background?
